For any changes or cancellations, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

If you miss your appointment, the appointment will be charged at 100%. Please note that if you are late for your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of the session and finish at the original scheduled time.
